Service Project Manager

Service Project Manager – is responsible for planning, coordinating, and reporting all activities in the test and commissioning phases, following up until the end of warranty period, and handover to Palfinger Service Execution. Main tasks:


•    Responsible for execution of IAT, FAT, HAT, within time and cost as specified in the Work Packages, providing weekly overview reports to Product Line and Project Management Teams.
•    Responsible for execution of Special Services, Upgrades, Complex Modifications and Warranty Interventions.
•    Work with our technical support teams to support and resolve customer/site problems in close collaboration with our Global Service Network and After Sales Service Engineers.
•    Participate in the Project Organization making detailed plans in terms of Scope, Time, Cost, Quality and Risk for all test and commissioning activities, (Project Management Plan). 
•    Based on work packages coordinate based on detailed plans, IAT, FAT, Onboard Installation, Commissioning, HAT and SAT activities. 

Requirements:


•    Project management experience.
•    Bachelor or technical/economics degree in relevant fields is an advantage.
•    Knowledge in maritime operations and products.
•    Work experience from commercial and customer-oriented roles.
•    Fluent in English in both verbal and written communication.
