The PALFINGER APAC Sales and Service Conference in Bali, Indonesia, has recently concluded. It was a great first post-covid meeting of many; the team met up with many long-time partners and friends, and also new dealers – we were excited to meet in person for the first time.
The 2-day conference focused on the partner network around APAC, drawing out best practices and key successes of our partners to be shared with others in the network. These were shared via dealership videos and panel discussions where we ignited a fresh bout of curiosity and keenness to learn amongst the participants.
Senior management members from the PALFINGER AG team also shared their strategic roadmap, goals, and initiatives to steer and align the partners on our common goals towards PALFINGER 2030. This gave our network partners a sense of stability, clarity, and focus.
The PALFINGER success has also led us to take a more focused view on corporate social responsibility. We partnered the Bali Children Foundation (BCF) to organize an art-jamming session between the children of Efata School and conference participants for a more meaningful team-bonding activity. We also managed to raise more than USD 20,000 from our partner network and PALFINGER AG for the Bali Children Foundation within the short span of time.
