PALFINGER APAC Application Workshop 2019
PALFINGER Asia Pacific held the first ever BU Cranes & EPSILON application workshop from the 19th to 20th March 2019 in Novotel Clark Quay, Singapore. The event brought together the APAC dealers and representatives of PALFINGER to share various examples of different segment applications across Asia, discussing in detail success stories in market entry and development in various countries.
A highlight of the event was the site visit with a live demonstration of the landscaping application, kindly supported by Wong Fong Engineering Works (1988) and their customer. The PK 78002-SH was used together with a Mecanil grapple saw to demonstrate a tree-cutting and pruning process under a safe environment.
The workshop extensively covered topics on the various segments such as forestry, brick laying, roofing, landscaping, power utilities, and emergency services.
The successful workshop lays the groundwork for a higher degree of information sharing, collaboration, and focus amongst participants on the segment-based sales approach in APAC.
