For the implementation of the central Claim Management Strategy in After Sales EMEA, we are looking for a Process Expert Claim Management EMEA (f/m/d) in Lengau. In this role, you will work with the Corporate Service Organization to further develop warranty and guarantee management for the EMEA region. You will lead a virtual team, standardize the processes of the Palfinger service entities, and support various projects in After Sales.
