Shape the future of AWP sales as the National Sales Manager,while also supporting the sale of other product lines as needed, as you lead a high-performing team of Regional Sales Managers in a fully remote role. Leverage your sales expertise and indepth capital equipment know-how to drive growth and achieve outstanding results.

Your Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers, managing key accounts, achieving sales targets, and driving business objectives.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies, leveraging market analysis to identify new opportunities and expand market share.
Build and sustain strong customer relationships, ensuring high satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term success.
Monitor sales performance, manage budgets and forecasts, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams while offering training and development to enhance the sales team’s capabilities.

Your Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or commensurate years of experience in a similar role.

Minimum of 7-10 years of sales experience, with at least 3-5 years in a sales management role.

Proven experience in selling capital equipment or similar products.

Strong leadership and team management skills.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to travel as needed.
