In the innovative "Special Lifting Solutions" division, new ideas are put into practice. Each new development undergoes a structured process through all necessary development phases – from the concept phase to series production. This diverse and challenging activity offers the opportunity to continuously contribute to process improvements, both in workflows and design.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop innovative control concepts for hydraulic system solutions from design to implementation;
Develop customized solutions in close collaboration with customers and suppliers, adhering to harmonized standards;
Independent design and definition of hydraulic components and parts lists;
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to implement projects.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Completed training in mechanical engineering/mechatronics (HTL, FH, TU);
Several years of experience in the development of hydraulic systems;
Experience with EPLAN Fluid, SAP, and in hydraulic simulation is an advantage;
A team-oriented personality, intercultural competence and a goal-oriented work ethic are required;
Fluent in written and spoken German and English.

Wir bieten ein attraktives und leistungsbezogenes Gehalt, das sich an Ihrer Qualifikation und Ihrer Berufserfahrung orientiert und das für diese Position deutlich über dem Kollektivvertrag liegen kann (KV-Minimum auf Basis einer Vollzeitbeschäftigung ist EUR 52.197,04 brutto pro Jahr).
