Since 2016, we have been continuously developing our agile implementation processes based on the Scrum standard. Our goal is to design the optimal process for each software development team – with real added value instead of rigid standards. To support the team in Bergheim, we are looking for a Teamlead Agile Development (m/f/d), who will work as a "Playing Captain" both actively as a Scrum Master or Product Owner in daily business and further develop and build the team professionally.
