For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Sofia, we are looking for an initiative, detail-oriented person with excellent communication skills at the position: Regional Expert HR Systems and Analytics (f/m/d).

Your Responsibilities:

• Be a key part of the global system roll outs and afterwards support;
• Support the administration, optimization, and ongoing maintenance of our current system landscape, ensuring data accuracy, system functionality, and effective integration with other business applications and processes
• HR Systems User Support: Provide day-to-day operational support for our system landscape and process flow in Success Factors, troubleshooting issues
• User Training & Documentation: train HR users on system functionality and best practices, ensuring that all users are equipped to effectively use the HR systems and create documentation and learning material
• System Testing and Release Management: Assist in testing new system features and upgrades, ensuring proper functionality and alignment with organizational needs.

Your Qualifications:

Professional experience in project management, system rollouts, and HR reporting tools.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
Extensive knowledge of HR Controlling and experience with HR systems (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors or similar).
Excellent communication and project management skills, with a strong analytical mindset.
English proficiency (both written and spoken) and German - will be a plus.
