        HPSC (Stability Control System)

        The High Performance Stability Control (HPSC) is a fully proportional system for monitoring the stability of the crane vehicle. Sensors for proportional travel measurement in the outriggers allow completely variable outrigger positioning. In this way, the permissible, safe working range can be calculated for any support situation.

        Paltronic 50/150

        With the PALTRONIC 50 and PALTRONIC 150, PALFINGER offers the latest control electronics for the series production crane. The most important safety and comfort functions include:

        • Overload cut-off
        • Stability control (HPSC)
        • High Power Lifting System (HPLS)
        • Active Oscillation Suppression system (AOS)
        • Dual Power System plus (DPS plus) in the fly jib insert

        Cable Winch System

        Complete series of winches available from 1.5T to 4.5T

        Rope lengths up to 90 meters make it possible to work with fly jibs

        High torque enables starting up winch under full load

        Reduced oil heating for longer work cycles

        Fly-Jib System

        A fly-jib system extends the working range of the crane and thereby increases the possible areas of application. The same crane can be used with or without the fly jib and can therefore be adapted for different applications. Applications with additional attachments (grabber, rotator) and/or cable winch are possible.

          Overload Protection system

        DIsplay of utilization and overload directly on operator's handset

        Prevents overload and associatged damage to the crane

         

          Radio Remote control

        Remote control available in linear levers or cross levers

        Easy and efficient "one-man operation" possible 

         

         

          Hydraulically Tiltable Stabilizers

        Stabilizer Cylinders can be slewed upwards fully hydraulically by up to 180° 

        Stabilizer support is possible over obstacles such as guard rails, low walls and fences

         

          High performance stability controL

        Automatically shut-off occurs if outriggers or loads are in a compromising situation, ensuring maximum safety for operators

        Maps out permissiable working range based on stabilizer situation
