PALFINGER India Sales and Service Meet

The 2021 Sales & Service meet for India was organized for the first time in 2 years at Palfinger Cranes India Pvt Ltd, Chennai from 16th – 18th December 2021. We celebrated the successes of 2021 and met to formulate the business strategy and tactics for 2022 and beyond, taking special note of aggressive budget and targets set for the future.

A keynote speech by Senior Vice President (APAC), Mr. Santhosh Rao Permude, provided clarity to the entire team on the global PALFINGER focus and goals in different time frames, from short-term, to mid-term and long-term goals.

Various important topics were covered during this meet, and PALFINGER Cranes India would work on plans and executional details of re-defining dealer networks, diversification of business in unexplored segments and applications, and place a prime focus on Digital marketing platforms to support the sales & service team. A stronger PCI service team push to build customer relationships was also decided on during the meeting.

The team will do our very best in achieving the aggressive goals for 2022.
