Professional Internship Program- & Project Management (f/m/d)

Our vision in PQM Program & Project Management is to translate the strategic directives from the PALFINGER Strategy 2030 and its programs into actionable and impactful projects. As dedicated implementers, we ensure the successful realization of these initiatives with the highest quality and place great importance on transparent communication with our stakeholders. To strengthen our team in Bergheim (Salzburg), we are looking for a committed intern for a period of 6-9 months.

Your responsibilities

Organizational and administrative support in daily project work
Data preparation and creation of project documents (e.g., presentations, minutes, specifications, dashboards)
Organization as well as preparation and follow-up of project meetings and workshops
Monitoring of deadlines
Support in process management activities

Your qualifications

Ongoing or completed studies in the field of Business, Business Informatics, or a similar area (FH/UNI)
Proficient use of MS Office programs (especially Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Enthusiasm for process and system rollouts
Organizational talent with a structured and conscientious working style
Very good English skills, German skills are an advantage
