We are looking for an R&D Manager to lead and develop research and development activities, ensuring innovation, performance, and compliance with the company's strategic projects

YOUR TASKS

Lead and Coordinate R&D Activities: Supervise department managers, ensure alignment with objectives, and resolve operational challenges
Manage Resources and Budgets: Define investments, monitor budgets, and optimize technical tools for performance
Oversee Project Execution: Validate progress, mobilize teams for complex projects, and provide technical support
Drive Innovation and Technology Watch: Anticipate market trends and integrate technological breakthroughs to maintain competitiveness
Ensure Compliance and Continuous Improvement: Guarantee adherence to safety standards and implement process improvements in design offices

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Engineering or Technical Degree: Minimum 5 years of higher education in engineering or a related technical fiel
Proven Leadership in R&D: Experience managing research and development teams and handling complex projects
Innovation & Strategic Skills: Strong capacity for innovation, technology monitoring, and strategic planning
Financial & Regulatory Expertise: Proficient in budget management with knowledge of safety standards and regulations
Cross-Functional Leadership: Excellent organizational skills, ability to lead and collaborate across departments
