For the implementation of the central Claim Management Strategy in After Sales EMEA, we are looking for a Process Expert Claim Management EMEA (f/m/d) in Lengau. In this role, you will work with the Corporate Service Organization to further develop warranty and guarantee management for the EMEA region. You will lead a virtual team, standardize the processes of the Palfinger service entities, and support various projects in After Sales. If you are an implementation-strong organizational talent who wants to actively contribute to the optimization and efficiency increase of our claim management, you are exactly right with us.
Your responsibilities
- Leading projects and virtual project teams to standardize warranty and guarantee processes, as well as participating in projects as an expert for service processes
- Strategic implementation and optimization of process standards in the area of After Sales & Service
- Data-driven early detection of optimization needs, including reporting
- Cross-product line contact point for the further development of claim management
- Increase in product quality and efficiency in complaint management
Your qualifications
- Completed business education with technical understanding
- Relevant professional experience in the area of claim/complaint management or in a service organization, ideally in an industrial environment
- Process and project management experience; experience with the use of artificial intelligence and SAP is an advantage
- Enjoyment of contact with internal and external stakeholders, as well as sensitivity in addressing and communicating
- Fluent English skills, good German skills are an advantage; willingness to travel (max. 10%)

Minimum yearly gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 52.197,04 based on full-time employment. According to experience and qualification, we offer a market-conform overpayment.
