Both of the new TEC and SLD crane series give you, the operator, a clear way of differentiating between high-tech models and conventional cranes, all in PALFINGER’s proven high quality. Both crane series can be used in a wide range of individual, professional applications.

The main difference between SLD and TEC cranes lies in their extension profiles (hexagonal and polygonal P-profile). Numbers 1–5 for SLD and 3–7 for TEC cranes indicate the different models’ electronic equipment features.

The TEC series’ innovations turn our cranes into versatile and powerful pieces of equipment. TEC offers customer-optimized solutions with its wide range of equipment features.

The new polygonal P-profile is used in steel construction. This innovation significantly enhances performance at a lower dead weight.

The TEC series is currently offered in equipment variants 3 and 7

• TEC 3 with manual control, PALTRONIC
• TEC 7 with PALcom P7, PALTRONIC, S-HPLS, HPSC

The new PK 165.002 TEC 7 – the premium model with impressive reach makes an impression with its design, its high standard of performance and its fittings.

Example: PK 165.002 TEC 7, PALcom P7, PALTRONIC (overload protection), HPSC, S-HPLS (automatic increase of lifting capacity), soft stop, DPS-C and high-end LS control valve.

PALFINGER’s new SLD series offers cranes designed for simple loading tasks with excellent lifting capacity. In terms of the technology, the SLD crane series emphasises a proven high level of quality while its positioning ensures an optimum price-performance ratio. In steel construction, PALFINGER relies on the hexagonal profile. The SLD 1, 3 and 5 models all have different equipment features.

• SLD 3 – with PALTRONIC and manual control (radio remote control on demand)
