For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Sofia, we are looking for an initiative, detail-oriented person with excellent analytical skills at the position: Accounts Receivable Specialist with German (f/m/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Support the Order to Cash process and manage accounts receivable, including bank statements and invoicing
Ensure timely collection by coordinating with departments and communicating with clients
Handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, and send payment reminders
Maintain and update bookkeeping records, databases, and spreadsheets
Help reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) and improve on-time receivables through proactive collection efforts

Your Qualification

University degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics, with prior experience in a similar role
Proficient in Microsoft Office 365; ERP knowledge (SAP is a plus)
Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Independent, adaptable, and a positive team player
Fluent in English and German, both spoken and written
