Project Manager with Contract Expertise 

Are you an experienced professional who thrives in the dynamic world of project management and contracts? We are seeking a talented individual to lead projects while ensuring thorough contract oversight. If you have a strong understanding of both domains and an eye for detail, this could be the perfect role for you. 

MAIN TASKS

  1. Contract Specialist: Take the lead in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating contract terms to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and project objectives. Collaborate with legal teams and stakeholders to manage contract amendments and resolve disputes effectively. 

  1. Project Management : Develop and oversee project plans, ensuring all resources are aligned to meet objectives. Monitor costs, timelines and milestones to deliver projects successfully. 

  1. Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary representative of the company, maintaining professional correspondence with clients, class societies and external parties involved in projects. Act on interfaces with Sales, Application Engineering, Finance and with other necessary internal stakeholders. 

  1. Detail-Oriented Support: Ensure all documentation, including project and contract records, is meticulously managed. Stay ahead of contract deadlines, renewals, and compliance obligations. 

  1.  Occasional Project Ownership: When required, take on direct responsibility for running an individual project, applying best practices in planning, coordination, and delivery.

REQUIREMENTS

 

  • Holding minimum a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law or related fields. 
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to details and solution orientation. 
  • Good understanding of contract law  
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
