YOUR TASKS
Service Solution
- Inspection and Maintenance:
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on marine and offshore cranes.
- Ensure all equipment meets safety standards and is operationally efficient.
- PLC and HMI Programming:
- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain PLC and HMI systems for crane operations.
- Work with systems from Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, and Schneider to enhance automation processes.
- Technical Troubleshooting:
- Identify and resolve operational issues in cranes and their control systems.
- Collaborate with teams to improve system functionality and reliability.
- On-Site Support:
- Provide on-site assistance for installations, testing, and commissioning.
- Support clients with operational guidance and technical expertise.
Administrative
- Maintain detailed service logs, inspection records, and reports.
- Prepare recommendations for repairs, upgrades, and preventative measures.
Training
- Attend training and ensure that the technical skills and product knowledge are kept up to date
- Ensure the validity of relevant certifications to carry our Service jobs, and renew accordingly for expiring certificates
YOUR QUALIFICATION
• Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience or foundational knowledge in PLC and HMI programming.
• Familiarity with Siemens, Mitsubishi, ABB, and Schneider systems.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Fresh diploma holders with knowledge of PLC and HMI programming are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in marine or offshore environments is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of hydraulic systems and safety protocols is beneficial.
• Willingness to travel and work offshore as required
