MOBILE MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST

The maintenance checklists, which can be accessed on the go at any time, include instructions for professional device maintenance. In addition to an overview of the maintenance tasks to be carried out, explanations and illustrated instructions are available. This eliminates the need to trawl through manuals and maximizes equipment life and uptime in less time.

The maintenance performed, including all documented work steps, is synchronized with the Fleet Monitor application, which ensures transparency between the fleet manager and machine operator.

FAST RESPONSE IN CASE OF ERRORS

Direct access to the status codes and thus to descriptions of current errors and error histories facilitates the correct and quick implementation of corrections. Error descriptions can also be called up for offline devices and help is provided to find a solution.

The Job Planner supports the crane operator by calculating the working area, taking into account the current or any other support position and running simulations.

PALDESK - YOUR ACCESS TO THE OPERATOR MONITOR

1. REQUEST REGISTRATION

Your PALFINGER service partner will register the PALFINGER products that you use in advance and e-mail you a link containing an invitation. You will need to provide the serial number, device code and company details:

2. ACTIVATE ACCESS

After registration by your service provider, you will receive an e-mail with an activation link. Confirm your registration by clicking on the link.

3. LET'S GET STARTED

After confirming your registration, you can start right away. Depending on your selected CONNECTED package, you can now access the available telematics services.
