Accounts Receivable Specialist with German (f/m/d)

For our Global Business Services Center, situated in Sofia, we are looking for an initiative, detail-oriented person with excellent analytical skills at the position: Accounts Receivable Specialist with German (f/m/d)

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide ongoing support for the Order To Cash business solution
• Responsible for bank statements allocation
• Maintain and monitor financial transactions in accounts receivable field
• Work with other departments to ensure that the correct amounts are collected in a timely manner
• Perform regular follow-ups with customer inquiries related to its scope
• Prepare and send reminders to customers for delayed payments
• Assist with invoicing for different entities of Palfinger (issue of invoices to customers)
• Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, update information as needed
• Communicate with clients and customers to request payment and arrange payment plans
• Contribute to reducing the company’s DSO and improving receivables on time

Your Qualification 

  • University degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics
  • Previous experience in a similar position is required
  • Knowledge of working with ERP systems – SAP will be a plus
  • Ability to work independently and to adapt to a fast-changing environment
  • Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
  • A professional and positive team-player mindset
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
  • High level of English & German - spoken and written
