YOUR TASKS

• Selling spare parts and services to clients and regions, and actively promoting sales opportunities.

• Negotiating with suppliers and overseeing logistics and packaging for spare parts.

• Handling bookings, invoicing, and processing incoming invoices.

• Following up on quotations, sales leads, and identifying additional sales opportunities.

• Promoting knowledge transfer between spare parts and service departments.

• Actively searching for spares & service combinations and added sales opportunities.

• Improving internal processes and procedures related to spare parts.

• Establishing effective communication channels with spare parts and service regions.

• Supporting company culture and fostering high performance within the team.

• Adhering to HSEQ policies and participating in internal and external meetings.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong technical understanding
  • Technical or commercial education
  • Proficiency in computer skills, with experience in Axapta or similar systems, and MS Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Systematic and detail-oriented approach
  • Experience in customer and relationship management
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and suppliers worldwide
